Aria, before talking about the Amanti Hotel Seoul, I would like to learn more about you. Could you tell us about yourself and your journey to Amanti Hotel Seoul?

I was a trainee in Guam, which is an island full of beautiful surprises, and found myself being truly who I am during the training periods.

I was expected to be a wonderful service-giver and turns out I met those expectations from my colleagues as well. This was a life-changing term of my life, and I have made a firm decision to linger in this hospitality industry. As I moved back to Korea, I was looking for a hotel which has amazing hotel facilities and locations, and Amanti Hotel Seoul is perfectly what I was looking for.

Soon after a few days of applying and interviews, I started to assist the people who visit the hotel.

Amanti Hotel Seoul is located in Mapo-Gu. Please tell us about your location and the advantages of being there.

I would have to say the contemporariness of the culture in one city and capital city in Korea which is Seoul is a marvelous city itself.

On top of that, we are fairly lucky enough to be at the center First up, hotel located only 10 minutes of walking distance away from the Hongik University district area, which is the most preferred by younger generations.

Second would be the Mangwon-traditional market, and etc. This only takes roughly 12 minutes by walk, definitely recommended to people who seek traditional experiences even includes the street food. The other advantage is that we are pretty close to Yeonam-dong. This area has been a sensation to Koreans, known as a Central Park of Korea.

And please, be aware that this park is only 7 minutes of walking distance from a Hotel. Not only but also everything can happen in such a fast pace in myriads of ways but also incredible experiences are always awaiting this city, moreover, Amanti Hotel Seoul is only 7 minutes of walking distance from metro.

What do you enjoy most about living in Seoul?

Handiness obviously. Seoul has not only extravagant buildings but also offers various kinds of services. Not to mentions the convenience of the transformations, this also elevates the quality of your life by giving you a large amount of options to approach around every edge of the city.

Could you tell us about the Amanti Hotel Seoul and the overall concept?

Amanti Hotel Seoul is an exceptional all kinds of generation oriented hotel.

The hotel offers free fitness center usage solely for the guests who are staying this property and also have an infinitely outside swimming pool for adults who want to enjoy their summer vacation in a hotel. You can also have a glance of cool Weddings and Banquet venues, and it is totally worth it thanks to the proficiency of the event hosting.

What kind of different rooms and suites do you offer to your guests? Could you tell us about their features and design details?

Various room types are featured in this hotel, but I would love to offer an Amanti Suite room as a representative. Amanti Suite is the one and only room in a hotel, and mostly used to the brides and grooms for after their wedding night. This supposed to be outstanding out of any other room in a hotel obviously and has a separate bedroom area. Also, we use highly qualified furniture and amenities for the sake of our special guests' unforgettable night.

What kind of services do you offer to your guest for making their stay unforgettable?

Special guests will be welcomed by our special notes in each of their rooms firstly.

Any chance the customers are visiting for their anniversary day at either birthday celebration. We are willing to assist any kind of special requests in advance of check-in.

Special birthday cakes can be reserved in 3 days of notice, and also any kind of special requests can be handled in proper periods of notice.

What would you want to say about the gastronomic diversity of Seoul? How could your guest live this experience in the Amanti Hotel Seoul?

Our hotel has a restaurant venue which is called Kitchen Amanti.

We offer our guests a wide variety of international and local breakfast specialties, buffet style restaurant. It is regularly allowed from 7:00 am to 9:30 am during a whole week.

In house guests can get a 20 percent discount as one of the promotions of our hotel is proceeding currently. The brunch buffet is known as its combination of modernized and the traditional menus at the same time. We are trying to keep the spirit of Korea, and also being friendly to the taste of foreigners as well. By balancing those two sides of palates appropriate, most of the customers are very pleased by experiencing the traditional Korean ingredients and the westernized dishes.

What kind of services and meeting rooms do you offer to companies that want to organize their meetings and events in Amanti Hotel Seoul?

We have a solid meeting room on the 3rd floor.

Any Corporate organization which is willing to open up their meetings in our hotel can make a reservation of the conference room. Furthermore, we have a spacious venue for any kind of events, and a separate banquet reservations department which makes a lot easier for our guests to approach. We are very proud of having this specified department in this hotel, and the customers can perfectly rely on us thanks to those specialized colleagues.

What kind of additional services do you offer for business travellers?

We point out it is way nicer to support one's corporate customers once you have a car.

So we offer a free Wi-Fi service and a free parking space for corporate customers during their stay. Business center is also an option for customers who are travelling for their business trip.

We have a free printing out service and two desktops which placed at the lobby. This can be more than suitable for the customers who are travelling inside and outside of the country.

Do you have any advantage packs or loyalty program that you offer to your regular and long-term guests?

We do offer some special events towards our regular customers and long - term guests.

For the regular customers, the hotel front desk is well aware that the customer is vital as a hotel asset, and we offer a room upgrade. Also, the sales and marketing department is trying to provide a special treat for the long term guests which differ every time according to the customers' needs.

The famous attractions near the hotel is a Hongik University area. This area is also known for its varieties of cafe, restaurants etc. Exotic cafes such as VR cafe, Racoon café are right around the corner, so please stop by at the front desk for your reference.

If you have only one weekend in Seoul as a first-time visitor, in this limited time, what are the best things to do?

The first thing I would do in Korea is visiting a fancy restaurant. Korea is so easy to find a way and has a spectacular transport around the city. So please swing by the crowded area and also ancient traditional spots for the medieval age experiences.

How do you describe Seoul in one sentence?

Seoul is a city of wonder. Seoul is changing at an incredible pace, but does not lose its' vibes at all. It is an astonishing city to travel around by all means.

Anything you would like to add that I haven't asked?

I would like to address that even this hotel has been made a few years before the company itself has lasted longer than it is. We were huge as a Cheong Ki Wa wedding hall in the era of 1970 - 2000 of the millennium era. And the Amanti Hotel is the renewal version of the business. The owner of the hotel confronts every single challenge from details to major issues directly which makes him an exemplary of the hotelier.
