Emeril's Bistro, the restaurant concept created by Emeril Lagasse, is currently among the popular restaurants on the Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration ships operated by Carnival Cruise Line. From now on, Emeril Lagasse's experience and innovative approach will be felt in restaurants across the entire Carnival Cruise Line fleet.

Carnival Cruise Line, aiming to offer innovative services to its guests in every field, will add Emeril's Bistro to the Carnival Jubilee ship. However, Emeril Lagasse will now be responsible not only for his own brand Emeril's Bistros, but also for the operation of all restaurants in the Carnival Cruise Line fleet.

Emeril Lagasse, a James Beard Award winning chef, will support Carnival Cruise Line's talented chefs by guiding them on food trends and techniques. In addition, Emeril Lagasse will contribute to shaping future food concepts by providing advice during the preparation of new menus.

Guests of Carnival Cruise Line will have the opportunity to experience Emeril Lagasse's signature dishes on all main dining room menus, including selected "Emeril recommends" starters. Offering casual and fine dining options to its guests, Carnival will continue to offer an impressive dining experience under the leadership of Emeril Lagasse.
