The new GENOS M560V-5AX is a next-generation machine designed by combining the most effective features of the company's two best-selling vertical machining centers, the GENOS M560V and the GENOS M460V-5AX.

The new GENOS M560V-5AX with double-column machine design offers 500mm table and X: 1,050 mm, Y: 560 mm, Z: 460 mm axis travels. Okuma Corporation, which designs machines that stand out with their compact design, kept the footprint of this new 5-axis vertical machining center as 2,515 mm x 3,750 mm. Capable of accommodating tools up to 400 mm in length, 60 ATC (automatic tool changer) comes as standard equipment of the new GENOS M560V-5AX.

The new GENOS M560V-5AX, with its design focused on reducing the burden on the operator during the use of the machine, was showcased as a new generation user-friendly machine at the 2022 International Manufacturing Trade Show at McCormick Convention Center in Chicago.

More than 120 years of experience from Okuma Corporation, founded in 1898, was used in the design process of the new GENOS M560V-5AX. 500 mm table size, 700 x 500 mm max workpiece dimensions, 15,000 rpm maximum spindle speed, 22 kW spindle motor power are some of the key features of this 10,000 kg next generation 5-axis vertical machining center.
