LUMA Hotel Times Square is located in the heart of New York City. Offering privilege to its guests with its location on W 41st Street between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas, LUMA Hotel Times Square now hosts AperiBar in collaboration with chef and entrepreneur Charlie Palmer.
Opened by Charlie Palmer in Manhattan in 1988, Aureole is a Michelin-starred restaurant. Famous for making a difference by reinterpreting local classic European dishes with a progressive American Cuisine approach, Chef Charlie Palmer is one of the most recognized and respected chefs in the hospitality industry.
In the concept of AperiBar, Charlie Palmer appeals to a transition towards the European way of eating with its menu of small snacks and cocktails. AperiBar, where Italian flavors are at the forefront, aims to offer a completely different experience to its guests with its pizzas.
AperiBar offers fresh and European-inspired delicacies to the guests of LUMA Hotel Times Square from breakfast until late in the evening. AperiBar welcomes its guests from 7:00 to 10:30am and after 4:00pm with locally roasted coffee, signature pizzas, tasteful desserts, a wine list consisting of 100% Italian varieties, and a wide variety of flavors.
